1949 Chevy Fleetline with a 350 Corvette LT1 engine and a 700R transmission. The exterior is Bright Sapphire (appears purple) with white and lavender pin-stripe graphics on the turtle-back trunk and behind the rear windows. It also has purple ground effect lights. The engine is painted lavender and is accented with braded hoses. The interior is custom light-brown tweed and is set up with VDO gauges and a LaCarra steering wheel. The windshield is from a 1950 Oldsmobile, replacing the split windshield. The grill has the original chrome, the radiator is brass-topped, and it has SS Crager rims. This was once the typical car driven by business men, before the modifications, so we named him "Melvin".
