Bob Hayden’s 1954 Chevrolet. It took three years to finish, well you are never finished but you all know what I mean. Every nut and bolt was taken apart, except for the latches, and then the car was built into what you see. I did everything myself except for spraying the paint and the upholstery. I put it in I just didn’t cover it. It has a 79 Firebird front clip with Power Steering and Power Brakes with disc on the front and a 1955 Chevy rear end with drum brakes. The engine is a 350 bored .030 over and has HEI ignition. The 750 Demon Carburetor sets on top of a Powder Coated Edelbrock Performer intake. It also has a Crower hydraulic cam with a .289 duration and 464 lift. The Headman Headers have been Jet Hot coated. The car has Air Conditioning, by Rainbow Products, Power Windows and a Four Speaker stereo system by Auto Sound.
